Customer hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and Royal Restores, LLC (“Royal Restores”) and are a material inducement for Royal Restores to provide services.

Estimates & Pricing

Royal Restores is a mobile detailing and restoration service that comes directly to you.

All pricing is subject to change upon in-person inspection of the vehicle. Estimates are based on prior experience, customer-provided information, and no initial physical inspection.

If, during service, it becomes clear that the condition of the vehicle requires additional labor or services, the Customer will be given the option to approve an updated price to complete the service or proceed with the original quote with limited service completion.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers must report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion. Royal Restores will offer a complimentary re-service. Re-service must be scheduled within 48 hours. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to re-service. If balances remain unpaid re-service becomes null and void. 

Extreme Vehicle Conditions

If a vehicle is deemed to be in extreme condition (excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, biohazards, etc.), Royal Restores may not be able to achieve standard results within the scheduled time. Additional service or upgrade may be required, and the Customer will be notified before proceeding.

Services Not Included

The following are not included unless explicitly agreed upon:
Removal of seats
Cleanup of bodily fluids (additional minimum $250 fee if performed)
Seat tracks (without seat removal)
Glove box (unless emptied and requested)
Spare tire compartments
Undercarriage cleaning
Wheel wells (deep restoration level)
And including any other services offered by Royal Restores that are not agreed too upon services being performed

Service Area & Travel Policy

Royal Restores operates within designated service areas. Appointments outside service areas may incur a travel fee. If appointment is located outside designated service area, a service/travel fee may apply.

Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service. Royal Restores is not liable for lost or damaged items. Items found during service will be bagged and left inside the vehicle.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and digital payments.

Customer authorizes Royal Restores to charge the card on file if payment is not received. Invoices 7 days past due are subject to a 10% late fee plus the outstanding balance.

Mobile Service / Convenience Fee

A convenience fee (determined by Payment Processor) may be applied to electronic payments. This fee is waived for cash payments.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee. Late cancellations fee may be charged to the card on file.

Promotions, Discounts & Offers

All promotions must be applied at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Limit one per customer. Referral discounts are valid only after the referred service is completed.

Solicitation Policy

Customers agree not to solicit or hire Royal Restores team members directly. Violation may result in refusal of service and potential legal action.

SMS & Communication Consent

By providing contact information, the Customer agrees to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and optional promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Restores’ liability is limited to re-service, repair, or refund at the company’s discretion. Royal Restores is not liable for loss of use, business interruption, direct or indirect or incidental damages, charges, or fines, or any other issues arising from the actions of Royal Restores’ mobile detailing, or team members.

Hold Harmless

The user/owner/participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner of Royal Restores, LLC and any of its employees from any and all liabilities, damages, or injuries from participation on, near, or around the act of mobile detailing, including all equipment, tools and vehicles.

Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported immediately after service. The Customer agrees to allow Royal Restores the opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue. Failure to report immediately during customer review at end of service may void liability consideration.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Royal Restores operates.

Class Action Waiver

Customer agrees to resolve disputes individually and waives the right to participate in class action lawsuits or group litigation.
